    Victor L.,

Would you confirm a couple things for me?

What backplane is installed in the server, part number if available?

Is the server completely up to date on everything, such as BIOS, iDrac, backplane, Perc, HDD/SSD ?

Have you replaced any hardware before the issue appeared?

Lastly, would you please private message me the svc tag of the server, as well as the company name and your contact details.

Let me know what you see.

    Hi.

    BP13G+EXP 0:1 fw. version: 3.35 (i can't find p/n through idrac)

Check my first post and pic with System Inventory. I don't know how to update drive fw.

Before issue i just used to reinstall disk to disk slot when fault appear.

I need to do last step if my Support Services Status - Expired?

When performing a firmware update on an HDD in a server, your data on the drive is generally safe and secure. However, it's always a good practice to back up any important data on the drive before performing any firmware updates. It's hard to say if it will be completely seamless because it's always a small risk that something could go wrong during the firmware update process, which could potentially result in data loss or corruption.

    Hi @Victor L.,

Can you confirm that the drives that are installed are Dell certified drives? Do they contain Dell DPN#? I checked your screenshot, and it is not displaying the Part Number information.

Also, we need to verify the backplane part number, it cannot be identified from iDRAC. But physically viewed in the server chassis.

Has this server had it's hardware replaced before?
