I would like to know which ssd drives are compatible for the poweredge

I recommend to contact Sales for quote and purchase. They may also have other options for you.
These are some SSD I see in the customer kit selector for the T430 that include the drive carrier:

I noticed one, 400-AZHY, came back with a different part number that is not 400-AZHY.
