if you have Dell Optimizer installed (and thus you downloaded a copy to keep) , check with 7zip the exe because it may be part of that package

I have the downloaded version of Dell Optimizer -

Dell-Optimizer_92TP7_WIN_4.0.310.0_A00.exe.

However, how does 7Zip work with .exe files - doesn't seem to support .exe files?

the drivers ( exe ) can be opened like archives, usually ( right click on the file , 7zip > open archive ).

Dell optimizer shouldn't be different
