T7810 Memory Riser Board

Is the T7810 capable of using a riser board to increase the max number of sticks of RAM beyond 8? If so does anyone happen to know the part number?

Max DIMM slots is still 8, 4 per CPU.  Max RAM is an impressive 256GB.  I take it you want to go beyond that?

I still dug in to see if I could find a memory riser for it and couldn't find one.

I wasn’t able to find one either. I’ve had two precision workstations and both of those had risers. I’m trying to get it to 256Gb but the RAM I have would take more than 8 stocks to do so.

It would take eight 32GB chips to do so.  I take it you're trying to reduce the expense?  I get that.  But since it can be configured that way, it wouldn't surprise if Dell never had a riser made for it.  May be they're getting away from risers in newer Precisions? - I don't know.  By any chance have you tried chatting, emailing, or calling Dell Support direct?  If you want, "Contact Support" link is below this post.
