The lower status light was going immediately to red.  I installed paper-no change.  I cleaned the waste bin- now get a green light for a few seconds before it goes red again.  The color lights cycle and then go out.  There is also a whirring noise for a few seconds.   Stuck with a red light.   Is there anything else to try?   The toner cartridges appear to have some toner.   Thanks!
