2155cdn Web Admin Password Reset

Hi all,

I have a 2155cdn printer. I cannot currently access the web admin interface. I have tried the default username and password, but still cannot login.

Does anyone know how to hard reset the password to the admin interface.

I'm having the same issue. Would like to change the SMTP configurations using the Web Interface and don't know that password. Anyone have any luck finding the default password or resetting it ?

I also ran into this and I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out and following other peoples suggestions to no avail.

I finally found this page: www.dell.com/.../EN

entitled: "How to Clear NVRAM / Network / Settings 2xxx Dell Laser Printers"

There are three different settings it gives procedures to clear. The one that worked for me is the Wired Network settings. Finally!!!

Then the user name is "admin" and the password is blank (null - no text - nothing - nada).
