AIO 922...Help

I have a year old 922 printer/scanner and it will not feed paper. Yes its inkjet paper. I stick the paper in the paper tray and try to print something and the paper just sits there while the printer is trying to feed it. Ive done a visual and nothing appears to be blocking the path of the paper. The wheel that is suppost to feed the paper into the printer isnt doing its job.

Go to Dell's "paper jam" at the top of the forum message list page.

I have the exact same problem. The feeders aren't working and the page is printing... but onto nothing. I'm trying to get it replaced but the customer service guy said they're having techinical difficulties. My printer is about a year old and is not used that often, but I do need it since I'm back in college.

Wow. My problem is idenitical to both of yours. Printer is no more than a year old. I hardly used it. Now school started and I'm going to be needing it. It really stinks that no one can seem to help us.

    G'day,

I might be able to help

The rubber wheel, give it a good wipe down with cotton buds in (shake the bud of access before beginning the clean). If there is gunk showing on the buds then continue until most of it is cleaned!!!! Be sure to give a wipe down with the rubber at the base and back wall.

    I hope this helps. :)
