We are using a B1265dfw in a IP V4 network with mixed Windows XP and Windows 7 computers.

Often, we are getting the following error message printed when trying to print multiple jobs.

SPL ERROR - Incomplete Session by time out

POSITION : 0x17c8c (97420)

SYSTEM : h6fw_5.61/os_hook

LINE : 1434

VERSION : SPL 5.61 06-13-2012

Need to understand how to prevent this.  It is disruptive to the business.
