My printer won't copy from either the glass nor the feeder tray.  I hit the copy button and the screen comes up saying Copying with the dots but nothing happens.  It will just sit there until I hit cancel.  I hit copy yesterday at noon and left it, when I came down this morning it was still sitting there saying Copying with the dots and nothing else had happened.
