I've seen some posts about the computer not recognizing the printer. We got a new laptop and we were able to connect the printer and it worked fine. All of a sudden we went to print and it gave an error and the printer was no where to be found. i looked to see if i could unistall it and it's not there. is there any other way to get this back to working, i have no clue where are disk is either.
Hi i keep getting a driver error when trying to use our all in one printer v305, we unistalled and reinstalled the printer and now it says all the errors with the virtual blue tooth support, blue tooth audio, blue tooth lwflt device. Not sure what to do.. Any advice is appreciated
What operating system are you using? Did you try restarting the computer and then all the print job(s) printed? If using Windows 7, try the tips I listed below.
Open Internet Explorer, click on Help, then click on About Internet Explorer. It should show the version there. If you have IE11, then go to control panel, Windows Update, Installed Updates, look for Internet Explorer 11. Click on Internet Explorer 11, uninstall.
Restart the computer, when prompted. Then see if your printer works.
The other option is to turn off the balloon tips for the printer.
Start, control panel, devices and printer, your printer, printing preferences, advanced, more options. Tell it to never show. The problem with this setting is you cannot tell if you're low on ink, printer jams, Etc.
