Dell 962 shared: two sided printing not possible from clients
Hallo,
we have a Dell 962 printer shared on the LAN and USB-connected to a Windows XP SP2 computer.
On the computer where the printer is connected the driver options are completely available. So it is possible to make two-sides printing from this computer.
Instead, this is not possible on the computers clients (Windows XP) using the printer: the driver option for printing on two sides is greyed and is not possible to select it.
Can anyone provide some suggestion to solve this?
