I have Windows 7 64bit w/ Chrome OS. For a couple of months now my printer has started acting up. It won't print jobs or it stops printing half-way through, it won't delete the jobs unless I go to the C files in the printer spool and sometimes that doesn't even work and I've gone to Services and tried refreshing it too! I've unplugged the usb cord, turned the printer off, done everything but toss it out the window... that's next!! I've updated Drivers and ran every update possible. I even did system restore (But even that tells me it didn't successfully restore no matter how far back I go. System Restore has NEVER worked either!) I'm sick and tired of having to remove the printing program and re-download it, only to have it act up again 30 min. later!!!!!!!!! I've perused all through the help looking for an answer and I've tried everything suggested... Please tell me there's a fix for this and that I don't have to buy a new printer from another company! This printer is expensive to run because of the ink, I don't need to be dealing with this too!
Yes it was well over a year ago. I'm using Zone Alarm Executive Suite, and yes, I do turn it off when I'm reloading the printer software. I tried the systeminfo and all it said was: " 'systeminfo' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or a batch file."
Download the Vista 64-bit drivers. Install the Vista 64-bit drivers in the Vista Compatibility mode You'll get a message, the printer is not connected. Connect the printer at this time(powered on)

Technonut,
Was this computer upgraded to Windows 7 64-bit?
Tell me the virus program and firewall you're using.
Also run Finding System Information remove your product ID and post the rest of the information back here.
