Dell 968w Alignment Problem

My Dell 968w serves as printer for a wireless laptop and a desktop computer.

Alignment fine when I print with wireless laptop but when I print out an email from my desktop to the printer, the first letter is missing of the first word in every left hand margin.

All computers are Dell.

Any ideas for correcting alignment? (have auto- realigned printer twice)

    Is this an email program or are you using a web browser?

    I am using AOL for email on both laptop and desktop

    Paul,

     

    So if you using AOL email, you're using a browser to check your emails.

     

    Which prowser are you using? What version?
