Dell B3460 & C3760 Printers - Setting up MPF
I'm trying to print from 5 x 8 (Y x X) cards out using an excel program and cannot get the printers to pull these cards from the MPF tray. Does anyone know the process I need to do to get this to work. I can pull legal paper fine, so I know the MPF works. I go in and set up a custom size and nothing. I had no issues printing from the HP printer I had previously.

I've looked at these and they are actually not much help. I got both working for my users, but the users have to perform some extra steps to print the 5 x 8 cards. For example on the Black and white model, they can't have the cards in the feeder at the same time they want to printer a regular document or it pulls from feeder tray. On color model, they have to open Tray 1 before printing from feeder tray and then they have to go back hit print on computer and then verify paper type on printer. The HP models we used before everything worked fine and was automatic without any additional steps. I would think the dells would be the same also. I'm using the dell printer driver v2 also if that helps. Idk if this is a know issue or if I'm missing a setting, but I've looked through the manuals and everything looks to be set up correctly.
