I recently got a new dell 944 printer.It worked great the first day or so then it glopped and lined a picture.Cartridge is almost empty and it keeps losing USB connection. Windows says cannot connect . This happends a lot! Not every time just when i really need it.

Uninstalled re-installed ,stopped started spooling services restarted computer so many times ,USB works fine for all my other stuff.

Also tech support real bad on this printer.:smileymad: I want my money back on it or credit. It is way to frustrating .

P.S. on a lighter note the wide screen works exelent and so does the x1600 pro 512 card agp:):smileywink:

Because they have terrible support on this I still have the printer and all its problems under warrenty (whatever good that is when they won't fix anything as long as it prints one page every now and then) so any thoughts are welcome. I am fairly understanding of technicle issues.
