I have bought a E310DW laser printer in the US. Will it work on 230 volts in India? Would it be possible/safe to use it with a voltage converter? Please let me know as soon as possible as I am leaving for India in a few days.
Mbarya, the US model will not work in India as this printer's power supply is not dual voltage. You can use a voltage transformer but do ensure that the wattage rating is correct. I would suggest that the transformer is rated at least 25% higher than the printer's wattage rating. Hope this helps.
