I have installed my new J740 printer on our PowerEdge 600SC Server running SBS2000 as a shared printer.  It works fine most of the time, but it seems that after it has sat idle for awhile, the printer disappears from the printers section.  A user can no longer print to this device after this has happened.  In order to get the printer to work, I either have to reboot the server (about 80% of the time) or I have to unplug the printer, wait 5 minutes and then plug it back in.   This seems to only work about 20% of the time.

The users trying to access are running WinXP Pro
