jam and printer cartridge issues
I have two questions regarding a Dell V305w printer.
First, I am getting an error message. It reads clean carrier jam, then press check (uses symbol). I can find no paper. I have opened it and closed it, turned it off, unplugged it.
Second, initially, I was going to change cartridges. I opened the top, cartridges moved into proper position, easily accessible. I opened the black cartridge, took it out, then put it back in, deciding instead to make certain it was needing replacement.
NOW, I cannot get the cartridges in the right spot , either. They are on the far right, unreachable.
Any solutions?
Thank you.

Dear Duplinasker,
Welcome to the Dell Community,
I understand that you are experiencing two issues with your V305w printer.
In order to resolve both the issues, I would request you to please restore your printer back to the factory settings.
To reset the printer back to the factory settings, please follow the steps below:
Go to the Main Menu (you may have to press the Back or Cancel button for the main menu to appear).
Press the Menu button (the top button on the keypad) and hold it for at least 10 seconds until you see a message confirming the reset.
Once the printer has been reset, please check if both the issues are resolved.
If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reply….
