Hi, please see my attachment below.  I am getting these splotchy ink areas on all my pages of my Dell 3115cn.  The cartridges are all good an full and the areas are dry not wet like.  I have blown the cartridges and inside real well with air.  Any suggestions on what this could be ?

Please any help will be appreciated.
