Printer won't print even though connected to network
Hi,
My printer is connected to my network and I can see it on my laptop. However, when I try to print or scan I get an error. I thought maybe it was the firewall or antivirus but after disabling and playing around a little I have ruled that out. I have considered uninstalling everything and starting from scratch but thought I would try here first. This is a new laptop with windows 10. My old one was win 10 also and i didn't have any issues.

I can print from my phone and tablet but not my laptop

Post the printer model and the error message here with your post. We need to know this information in order to resolve the issue.
