I have a couple of queries relating to printer supplies management. We have a large number of Dell printers over several sites and are looking for the most efficient way to manage supplies ordering.

With the 'Dell Toner Management System' does it only work with directly connected printers via USB? Does it work over Ethernet connected printers?

If you configure the facility that sends an email when supplies run low what information about the printer is put in the email? (I would test this but I am not on site with any of the printers currently)

Any other suggestions or tools that allow easy multiple printer supplies management?
