troubleshoot error message dlbcserv.exe

Been getting this on start-up. Looked online to see it relates to my Dell Printer, an AIO 922.  How do I get rid of this message?

on the run command window, type in services.msc, locate dlbcserv.exe and make sure that it is started. or try to look that one up on  msconfig, on the services tab, make sure that there is a checkmark on dlbcserv.exe

Thanks for that info. I had two Dell printers, on an AIO 922 and the other a Photo Printer 720 which I wasn't using. It was the latter causing the problem, I believe, because after removing the program and disconnecting it  the message went away.  If it returns, I'll try your troubleshooting steps.

    Much obliged!
