Hi, all--I laid out 30 bucks last year for the Dell automated pc tuneup app, and it is set to expire end of this month.

I upped my ram, and noticed that this magnificent tool didn't even recognize it--Then I realized there were no updates or fixes for this particular tool either--and no link or support for the tool itself.--Am I missing something here or what ?  It seems that when installed , it analyzes your PC and uses that info until it expires ?? ( tried the refresh button-- system info stayed the same)

If that's the way it works, what a ripoff--Even though warranty expired on the PC, doesn't it seem that some type of free support should be provided with the tool itself.  Am I way offbase here or is this thing bogus ?--Thanks--hammer90
