Dell Data Safe: Installation Failure
I'd like to use the Dell DataSafe.
Unfortunatly DellDataSafeOnline.exe breaks at about 60% with the message:
"Es liegt ein dieses WIndos Installer-Paket betreffendes Problem vor. Ein Programm, das im Rahmen der Installation ausgeführt wurde, wurde nicht erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Wenden Sie sich an das Supportpersonal oder den Hersteller des Pakets."
which in gernal just tells me that there is a poblem with some package.
At this stage 3 files are generated:
Directory of C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Datasafe Online
17.07.2011 10:25
17.07.2011 10:25
08.07.2010 16:10 1.442.648 BuEng.dll
20.10.2010 12:09 2.075.480 NOBuAgent.exe
20.10.2010 12:13 927.576 NOBuClient.exe
3 File(s) 4.445.704 bytes
2 Dir(s) 4.061.827.072 bytes free
After clicking "Ok" all files are removed again.
Any ideas?
Thank you,
Bernd
PS: Some more information.
I'm using Windows XP Version 5.1.2600 SP3
