Every time Datasafe tries to do a back up, it errors out. It's been like this for three weeks now.

The program opens up and begins running like it's supposed to, but then it gets stuck on the first step and errors out after a few minutes.

A box labeled "Windows Visual C++ Runtime Library" appears with just the message:

"Runtime Error!"

"Program: C:\ ...\DataSafeOnline.exe"

"abnormal program termination".

I looked at the log file in Local Settings and saw the following code "536873141", but that hasn't given me anything to go on either.

I tried updating to the latest version of DataSafe, and that didn't work. Then, I completely uninstalled, rebooted the PC, and then downloaded and installed a fresh copy of Datasafe. Yet I still have the same problem.

Does anyone have any ideas??? Please help!
