WOW, I purchased System Mechanic from Dell on 5-6/14 and received an conformation email from Dell. After not receiving an activation code I called tech support... they told me that they could not give me an activation code and I could purchase something different, lol. Now I have been waiting for 43 minutes to speak to someone about a refund on my credit card. STILL WAITING. Poor customer service.
