Ok. I had called Tech support about my issues with DMX. They told me to remove program and reinstall. Well, I did what they said, and the version of DMX on the disk is 2.1. The version that came with my machine was 3.0. The part number was 412-0749. There is no link on the Dell site to download 3.0. There is only a patch. I was told that Dell was sending me the disc for 3.0. Well, I got the disk yesterday, and guess what? It was the same disk that I had with the 2.1 version. They told me yesterday, that they will TRY to send me out the version that came with my machine. I don't know why this is such a problem. Dell should have a link for redownload 3.0, or at least, on the disk that comes with the machine the right version. Please help me. Thanks Steve.
