MS Outlook no longer responds. The logo appears, the hour glass rotates and the program does not open. I have tried removal and re-install and inboxrepair without success. Any suggestions?
Go to
www.superwin.com and download the trial version of RegVac, then run it in Novice Mode. This will clean up your registry and may solve the problem.

Try this:
Start, Run, type outlook /resetfolders and click OK. (there is a space after the outlook entry)
