When I try to open a word document, I get a message saying "Winword has caused an error in WINWORD.EXE. Winword will now close." Can anyone help me out?
Make sure your folder options are set to veiw hidden and system files, then do a search for the file normal.dot. When you find the file, delete it. The next time you open Word it will create a new Normal.dot file.
