Office 2007 Upgrade
How do I check on when this will ship. I have spent over an hour checking around the dell site to see how I could do this but I can find nothing to provide this information. I redeem my coupon back on 12/19/2006 and was told then that it would ship in 4-6 weeks. As you can see it has been a little more than that.
- Go here:and click on "Check existing order".
- I still have not heard anything about my upgrade. One would think that Dell would be able to deal with this sort of thing, but I guess not. I can't even use the site that people have so nicely above sent me to since it does not work for me. If you notice the link appears incomplete. Does Dell have any intention of completing this order?
