We recently upgraded to the trial version of Outlook 2003. This morning when I opened Outlook, I received a message indicating the my trial version has expired and I need to purchase a product key. When my boss realized how much it would cost to "uograde" she decided we should "down grade" back to 2002. Unfortunately, I can no longer send and receive. Every time I click on the send and receive button, I get an message indicating "the operation failed".
I tried to check my send and receive settings, but nothing happens. Any ideas?
ok, I uninstalled 2003, restarted, and reinstall 2002, but I still have the same issue. How do If I uninstall 2002 anb start from scratch, will I lose any data, emails, etc.?
That problem, I am sorry, but I did not have. I simply uninstalled it from add/remove programs. I did end up having to purchase the 2003 upgrade because I could not get 2002 to work properly again.
