Outlook

Just gotmy e1505 today, love it!! I use a web based email program (Roadrunner). Can anyone tell me the steps to take so I can access it on Outlook? I've tried a few variations, but it still doesn't get it. I'm not savvy as far as pop mail or the other choices to make. Thnx and looking forward to any help.

I have Roadrunner service and the Roadrunner help, for your location,  has the setup for the Account.  It depends where you are as to the exact setup.  www.rr.com  and then select your location.

However, I noticed my web based roadrunner's inbox is empty now. Can't I use both?

Outlook (not Outlook Express) has an option to keep a copy on the server in the Account setup. I don't know if it's available in O.E. but I think the Account is the same so it should be. It was under "Advanced" in mine.

Ok, I just checked mail through the web, apparently it just emptied all of my inbox into Outlook, but new messages do appear in both now, so all is AOK. Thnx again fireberd!
