I used a free tile recovery app from Microsoft to recover some pictures I had lost on my old IBM. I got the files but kept getting a "no preview available" message when clicking on any of the pictures. I put those files/pictures on a flash card and have downloaded them on my NEW DELL. I keep getting the same message. I believe its as simple as reformatting the files but man am I having a tough time. Please help. And yes I still have the IBM, No I do not recall the name of the recovery program
