I have a new 2400mp ceiling mounted. The problem is the distance from the top of the picture at the top is equal on both sides. At the bottom the left side is higher that the right side. I have tried the adjustments but have been unable to find anything that would adjust the bottom without adjusting the top. Any help would be appreciated.
