Did the factory reset and it still is a problem every first time using it. I don't normally leave it plugged in... so I plug it in, turn it on, and within 2 minutes the amber lamp light comes on... requiring pulling the plug to reset... then it "seems" to work ok.

Rarely use it and must call dell to replace.
