I would start with powering down the server and then removing the cables entirely and then holding down the power button for 20 seconds, then after that you need to take the server to its minimum to post configuration. Minimum to post is removing everything from the server internally and externally but the following;

- One power supply
- CPU1 (minimum for troubleshooting)
- System board
- Heat sink for CPU1 for prevention of overheating
- One DIMM for CPU 1
- Control panel
- Control-panel cable
- Riser card

After that then restore the power cables and then try powering back up. If it still doesnt then try powering back down and reseat the connections of the minimum to post list. If that still doesn't resolve it then likely one of the devices in the minimum to post list is the cause.

So first i have to try to unplug everything and hold button for 20 seconds, If don't work remove all the things in the post and try re-boot. If don't work this, what should i do?

I would look at replacing the motherboard, as it is the most likely cause. Now if you have another R610 you could try individually swapping out the devices on the minimum to post list from this server with a known good R610 and see if you can eliminate some of them as the cause, but I think you will confirm the issue lies with the systemboard. 

Hello, i saw about 2 days ago that my server wasn't online anymore. I checked if it was running and the small panel shown the error "E1000 Failsafe voltage error". How i can fix it?
