Issues with detecting servers

Out of 8 KVM SIP tails, I am only able to detect 2 of them on my 2161-DS.

Are these KVM-specific?  Will SIPs for the 2160 work on the 2161DS?  I'm wondering if something's wrong with the unit, or if I just have the wrong SIPs.

The Dell branded SIP's will work on all Dell CAT-5 KVM products. Does your adapter say Dell USB or PS/2 SIP? The reason why I am asking is because other OEM or Avocent branded adapters will not work on the Dell switch. Also, are the adapters not showing up in the OSCAR or local menu?

Unfortunately, I'm unable to access the OSCAR menu.  I've reset the entire unit to factory defaults, and still can't get in due to there being a password which I don't know.

I was hoping to configure it through the GUI, but it doesn't look like that will be an option.  Any idea how to reset the OSCAR password?

Alright, I actually just spoke with Dell support, and I obtained the default password.  I can get the unit to detect a single SIP, but it fails to detect the others.  I'm thinking it might be an issue with the model numbers.
