PowerEdge XR12 Rack Server
Dear Dell Support Team,
Could you please clarify whether the PowerEdge XR12 Rack Server has reached End of Life (EOL) or End of Service Life (EOSL)?
I have contacted multiple partners and distributors, and they have all indicated that this model is EOL and production has been discontinued (only ref ones available). If this is not the case, could you kindly provide a list of authorized partners or distributors who may still have this model available?

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, it did not address my questions.
Could you kindly clarify if the PowerEdge XR12 Rack Server has been discontinued? If not, could you advise on alternative markets or partners where I can look them?

Hello,
as said by Chris we don't know if XR12 Rack Server has been discontinued. You have to contact sales team or a partne.

Unfortunately Dell no longer provides EOL EOS dates by model, and are specific to the servers. The video here goes over the coverage for the systems, which on average is 5 years from purchase, unless parts availability allows them to be extended.
