The user logs in with a restrictive managed profile. When attempting to retrieve shortcut messages, a popup appears as though it would be the message they clicked on... but at the top of the popup they see "This is a message header. The full item has not been downloaded." I can see who it is From:, the text in the Subject:, the date and time it was Sent:, but nothing in the message body. I close the message and wait about 10-15 seconds, the message gets resolved, (the shortcut icon disappears from the lower left corner of the message icon), and I can then double click it again and it opens normally. Outlook 2003, EmailXtender 4.7x. Has anyone seen anything similar to this.
