Shortcut shown with black background
Hello,
I use EmailXtender 4.80 and MS Exchange 2003. Archiving and shortcutting works really fin BUT all shortcut icons are shown with black backgrounds in all mailboxes. This is really disturbing for my users. is there any solution? ( http://213.33.68.186/xtend.jpg )
Second short question - is it possible to restore deleted mails back to the mail store (not shortcutted - I mean really deleted from the mail store)?

I have the same problem with the black background of the shortcuts. Same environment, no resolution yet.
When a user deletes an email from his mailbox, one can restore the entire message by using EmailXtender Search. A right-click on the message opens a menue. Choose "Restore Selected Message(s) to Folder" and select the mailbox and folder you want to restore the message to.
Works like a charm. Best regards,
