What is the EMC SourceOne Road map for Exchange 2019 & Outlook-2019 offline agent compatibility.

This might be little late reply. Still adding here in case someone else comes looking for this informatiom.
SourceOne 7.2.10 Hotfix 3 and onwards supports Exchange 2019 with RPC over HTTPS. Outlook 2019 is also supported with this version.
