I am using Optiplex 270's.   My printers are Citizen iDP3551.  They work fine until I install SP2, then they will not print.   If I uninstall SP2, they print fine again.   I read on the microsoft site that there are issues with SP2 and Dell printer drivers.  Does anyone know if that is the problem?   When I tried to download the driver from Citizen, I get the error that the driver is not verified by Microsoft and may not work correctly.  So far Citizen has never heard of this problem, Microsoft is not answering me and now I"m looking for help from Dell.    I'd be more than happy to not bother with SP2, however I heard after a few months, Microsoft will be pushing out SP2 to everyone whether they want it or not.   HELP!
