dvd and cd rw
I purchased a dimension 2400 which came with a DVD Rom. I wanted to install a CDRW but it would not accept both of them. Can you please tell me what I can do? My Service tag is 5p74L31

Hi Serenity,
According to the Dell Specs here:

The 2400 has two 5.25" bays, so you should have the second bay open, useless you have installed something else you failed to mentioned.
At the Dell link above, left click on Back to Content Page and follow the link for Removing and Installing parts.
