I have a dimension 4450 with windows xp.  The problem I am having with my dvd drive. When I put a music cd or a movie in to listen to or watch it is jumping everywhere, if you put a music cd in it sounds like the lasar is jummping around on the cd, if you put a movie in the picture is alright you can't understand the sound, If someone could help I would appreciate it.
