Error Report
My operating system is Windows XP Home Edition. When error checking my C drive, I received a message stating that Windows has been shut down due to detection of a serious error

What does the above reporting mean? What is the error and what should I do to correct it

warren h is on to something, i also believe that i would do a re-install of the santa cruz driver-

The "tbcspud.sys" is associated with your Turtle Beach Santa Cruz audio card. Do you have the lastest driver installed for it ? Have you gone to their website to see if there have been any problems or fixes similar to yours ?
