Hard Drive IBM IC25N080ATMR04-0

 

I have a hard drive monitor (HDD Health) that is sending me alerts concerning the "Gsense Error Rate."  It fluctuates from 91 to 100.

 

I can't find the Gsense Error Rate on the net.

 

What is that?

Should I be concerned?

What can I do about this?

 

The TEC varies and generally shows one to three months out.
