HDD Password Not Working

I Applied HDD Password for my Laptop" Dell Inspiron 3521. But Suddenly its Not Working. When I Put Again and Again Its Reflecting This Message:-  System disable [ 39A56F20699B563E ]

Service tag [Admin NOTE: Service tag removed per TOU policy]. Please Help Me To Run My Laptop.

    The only way to have this fixed, is to call Dell, if you're out of warranty, Dell will require you to pay a service charge and prove ownership to obtain an override password.

    The password is stored in a flash EEPROM on the motherboard,

    You could also, replace both the motherboard and hard drive.
