Does anyone know if the Inspiron 9200 Notebook comes with DirectX 9.0b?

 

Because some of the games I want to get like The Sims 2 and Rome Total War require there to be 100% DirectX 9.0b compatible 16-bit sound card and latest drivers.

 

3D hardware Accelerator Card Required- 100% DirectX 9.0b compatible 64MB Hardware Accelerated video card and the latest drivers

 

But overall the Inspiron 9200 Notebook must have 100% Direct 9.0b compatibility, so does it have it???
