lights blinking on modem
I have a 2350 dimension desk top,with windows xp and the light on the modem where the second DVD/ CD drive is, constantly blinks and my music stops during the blinking also if I am on a program it does it then too. Their is no CD in either drive or in the floppy disk one. Could someone tell me what the problem is.Thank you Anyone.

Hi Dolora,
Lets start with some standard steps; Go to Device Manager, click the "+" next to CD/DVD drive and select the drive in question and click Uninstall; then shut the system down. Open the case and reseat the IDE cable going from the motherboard to the back of the drive(s)
Turn the system on and please post back.
