Nero bad
I got a new CD-RW mad dog and it came with Nero. I installed the software and tried using it many times but I keep having trouble. It keeps freezing up when I try to use InCD, the Express program and just about any part of it. I never had all these freeze-ups before I installed this program, I thought it was a RAM problem, but when I installed additional 512mb the problem still persists. I uninstalled all the software and now my PC works great again. Is Roxio any better? or what other software is decent out there?
Dimension 8100, 640 MB RAM, 1.3 Ghz Pentium 4.

use Me, but I've used the XP packet burner.. sort of like my old Adaptec DirectCD which I got used to .. The Nero OEM software was just not working like it shouldv and I didn't want to upgrade all the way up, so I got Roxio 6 Platinum today. Back in familiar territory..Jim Hardin

Joe: FYI, XP has a packet reader but NO WRITER!!!
Its' burning is a Data CD (CDFS) w/Sessions.
